Maybe "How I'm Trying to Fix the World" should just be the title of this podcast in general. This is an episode exploring my insecurities about mindfulness and meditation as well as my thoughts on the potential if we can get it right.

I recorded a lot of content in the weeks before and after the 2020 US Election, but I've decided not to post any of it. I went though quite an evolution of emotions and forced myself to reflect, learn, and grow, and I've found peace on the other side (especially since Biden won). I still have some lingering questions for which I may never find answers, but I'm moving forward without judgement or anger. Here's a 30 minute podcast diving into those things by myself.

I've been off Facebook and IG for a few months, but I watched The Social Dilemma on Netflix this week and it caused me to think about my decision a little differently. So I curated a few questions for you to ask yourself as you decide how much to use Social Media networks.

I met an anti masker and went on a deep dive inside my own head. As I navigated assumptions, I came to realize some points that are keeping me-- and our nation-- from having real conversations.

If you don't like hearing my internal monologue during the misery associated with my history of anxiety, this would be a good episode to skip. Triggered by dehydration, I entered the darkness and found some relief in talking through it into my podcast. As predicted, about 90 minutes after I recorded this, I felt fine.
