I just want to take a moment and acknowledge this. I don't know about you, but I am "doing all the things." You know, trying to get enough sleep, exercising, nourishing my body, listening to personal development, filling my mind with positivity etc. (Or, I am for the most part anyways! Ha ha!) My point is, sometimes you do all the things that you know to do, AND STILL don't feel ok. I want to acknowledge that. If you are doing all these things, and still don't feel like yourself --- you are NOT ALONE.
