When you are flogging your guts out, doing everything you can in order to get ahead, and you get offered a chance to skip ahead a couple of steps in your progress, you'd be tempted for sure, right?!

Likewise, if you're lazy (whether you care to admit it or not) and you see the next 'get rich quick' lead generation ad on Instagram, you'd be all over it!

The truth though, is that these shortcuts can make you feel great now but they often lead to a business built on a house of cards.
