I am a business owner and entrepreneur, and like many who have travelled this path, I have been through the failures & the triumphs, the gut wrenching lows and the indescribable high’s - all which I consider lessons in the school of life.

It's really difficult to acknowledge when things go wrong.

Especially when we're in public-facing roles, the potential harm it can cause pushes us to hide our weaknesses in an attempt to convince everyone that we never put a foot wrong!

The challenge we face is that we cannot possibly claim to be 'authentic' or transparent unless you own your flaws, showing a vulnerability that allows clients to connect.

Have you ever felt the need to 'reset' your brain?

We all have! The problem though is that a lot of the time, we don't know how & haven't got any idea as to where we start.

Jack Litman is a musician, but has also served in the Australian Military as well as starting his own fashion label. Like many, Jack has faced plenty of challenges, however what Jack has discovered through his work with sound frequencies is that there is a way that music can literally help to heal the soul.
