  • You Can ONLY Connect the Dots Looking BACK

Episode #51: Today we are talking about not knowing all of the answers, why that is ok and how you cannot connect the dots looking forward. Life can get quite hectic at times and we all want that instant gratification, but the truth is that it doesn’t exist. Sometimes we have to just roll with it and allow things to happen to us ( good and bad ). We can only understand WHY those things happened when we look back. Today is a quick episode where I am going to share an impactful story with you. Something that happened and why I’m so grateful. You can apply this lesson to your own life and I hope you find it valuable!

Thank you so much for listening to another episode of the SHE DID IT podcast :)

  • The TOUGHEST Decisions are the BEST Decisions!

Episode #50: Dropping out of college and moving to Florida by myself at 20 wasn’t easy. When I got my first apartment, I remember just crying. It was move-in day, I was by myself and I felt completely lost. I walked in the door, saw an empty space and felt alone. If this was exactly what I wanted, why was I questioning myself? No matter how tough the days were, I kept pushing forward because I saw the big picture. I knew that not everyday was going to be sunshine and rainbows. I knew that I might have to take a detour in my path. The tough decision to NOT run away, lead me to where I am today. Stick with your gut feeling because your gut feeling often requires you to make tougher decisions that lead to rewarding results.

Thank you all so much for listening :)

  • Do What You DON'T Feel Like Doing

Episode #49: In order to reach the next level in life and achieve a new result, we need to do what we don't feel like doing. Often, that nudging feeling in the pit of our stomach telling us to do something is our intuition. Our intuition often knows what's best for us! That feeling that is nudging us to do something isn't always what we want to do in the moment, but best for our future. That's why we have to listen to our inner voice and do what we don't feel like doing! This is how we get ahead and create a life that we love!
