Starting a camouflage company as two women in a male-dominated space? We call that grit.

Today I’m sitting down with Lori and Mary Caitlyn, the founders behind GreeneCo — a brand built by female hunters, for female hunters, with a focus on gear that actually fits us in and out of the woods.

We talk about how the idea for GreeneCo was born, the scrappy early days of launching a camo company, and what it really takes to balance full-time careers, building a business, and still finding time to chase turkeys in the woods.

We also get into the stories behind the hunts, the mistakes that made them better hunters, and the gear they rely on when a longbeard finally comes strutting into range.
