In this episode I give an overview of depression and anxiety and how these nervous system responses that hinder mental functioning can feel like the end of your days,

But there is hope, and job shared it first (job chapter 31) the deep seated feeling of depression. 

The anxiety that comes from living in a world of chaos and instant gratification- under/over satisfaction and the looming feeling of feeling lost when your faith isn’t at the forefront of your valleys and peaks, darkest days and best of moments. 

The mental gymnastics that is depression and anxiety is a cage, but you may be forgetting all cages have doors.

There is a true peace that comes from training yourself to going straight to prayer.

Becoming bolder in your prayer life and submitting to the understanding that we do not control our lives; although we can be active participants in making better decisions each day.

This one might feel like a bit of a gut punch,
