  • How the She Mentors team is giving back in 2021

As part of our mission to give back and drive change in 2021, we are continuing to offer free/ discounted memberships to women in need. The Mentor Hour had a HUGE impact on our members in 2020, helping restore faith in those who had lost their jobs or businesses.

One of our Core Values is ‘Purpose Before Profit’, so while She Mentors is a self-funded startup (on a teeny-tiny budget), we have built this community for a purpose and we see enormous value in opening this up to help those who need it most.

In this episode we talk about the different ways we are pushing ourselves to give back and make a difference to women in need.

    We discuss:

    • Purpose Before Profit - one of our core values!
    • Making decisions that are aligned with your values
    • Easy ways to make an impact & give back in your career, business or personal life
    • Free & discounted memberships for 2021 (COVID memberships, Parental Leave and Student Discounts)
    • Juggling work-life balance being a mum
    • Charity donations that align to your values
    • The power of knowing your audience's pain points
    • Gifting someone in their hour of need
    • Benefits of being a purpose-driven business
    • i=Change an amazing business that raises millions of dollars for charity

Listen out for Eva who breaks into the room MID-RECORDING!

Our community rallied together like nothing we’ve ever seen before in 2020, recording a whopping 700 Mentor Hours throughout the year. Watching the transformations of some of our members was truly inspiring.
