Living in the Czech Republic, Klara Mauerova and her sister Katerina were manipulated by Barbora Skrlova into horrifically abusing Klara's sons, Jakub and Ondrej. The boys were subjected to severe abuse including starvation, torture, and sexual assault, while Barbora disguised herself as a 13-year-old girl named Anicka. The abuse was discovered when a neighbor's baby monitor captured footage from Klara's house. Despite the manipulation by Barbora, who had a condition making her appear much younger, the sisters were deeply involved, driven by alleged cult beliefs.
