In a recent poll on my social media channels, I asked my followers, "What are the top reasons why you aren't reaching your health and fitness goals?" Surprisingly, almost everyone had the same answers or at least a variation of the same answer: time, energy, and motivation. When I look back on my journeys to reaching goals - not just health goals but any goal - I realized that I, too, had faced these roadblocks. So here we are!
