CJ is a wife, a Momma of 7, former cafe owner & operator who lives a lifetime thinking that she was just a label. It was only after "losing" all three of those labels she clung to define herself, did she realize that she was so much more!

Born with a heart defect that required life-saving surgery at the age of 5, Julianne has always been resilient and tenacious.

She married her high-school sweetheart and they built a life together.  Both Julianne and her husband worked on their careers for the first part of their marriage as well as traveling and completing post-graduate work.

Her husband took his life when she was 36 years of age and their children 7 and 3.

Rising in the skilled nursing sector, Julianne loved caring for the elderly. She rose to the President of the second-largest skilled nursing provider in the US with 320 locations in 21 states employing 35,000.

She recently published a book “Head Above Water,” hosts a Podcast/You Tube Channel, and provides Consulting to healthcare companies.

Julianne has chaired and serves on several boards, is active in church and cultural activities.

Megan Windhorst or Coach Megan Nicole is the owner and CEO of Megan Nicole Coaching LLC. Megan is an intuition coach helping women connect deeply to their own inner knowing so that they can follow their soul's calling confidently.

Megan is a former school counselor and teacher turned full time online entrepreneur. She holds a master's degree in counseling and a bachelor's degree in education. Megan is a certified Reiki Master, certified breathwork facilitator, and an Intuitive.

Megan is the founder of The Intuition Mission - an online group coaching program on intuition development. She coaches individuals and groups and facilitates breathwork sessions and events.

As a natural born and meant to be teacher, Megan left the education world to follow her purpose and teach others in her own way through intuition development so that people could learn how to truly trust themselves again in order to live their purpose powerfully.

Cheri Dixon is the owner of Cheri Dixon Coaching and Consulting, which was started in May of 2022.  Cheri is also an elementary school principal and is ready to start her 28th year in public education.  She always knew she was going to have an impact on the world, and it started with teaching and building children so that they could grow up with options in their lives.  Cheri believed teachers were superheroes, as they always took care of her while she was growing up.  Most recently, Cheri found that she wanted to shift her career and help women live their best lives.  After going through many ups and downs in her own life, she found that she could help women build a life they love with the right support system by their side.  She also works with teachers so they can build their skills and stay in the teaching profession long term!  Cheri has also become a co-author of a book, Unleash Her, published through She Rises Studios, which will release in October.  She is currently working on a course for middle aged women who have found that they have lost themselves in their everyday lives and want to become the unstoppable woman they knew they were born to be!

Julie Prashad-Ramirez, born in Queens, NY and raised in Florida, is a wife and mom of three beautiful children. She works alongside her husband, Tony Ramirez, to help clients build a financial legacy for their families.
