Hi my loves welcome back to the LAST episode of she talks in 2022!! I'm so blessed and grateful for all this year has brought me, and I'm so grateful for what is to come. Today I share about what I am leaving behind in 2022 and what I am planning to focus on and create in this new year. Basically, this is my audio vision board. I'm so blessed for those who listen and those who support me endlessly, you truly mean the world to me. I love you all, thank you for everything, & happy new year! xoxoxoxo, Ale <333
this week I share some of my personal battles I've had lately, but most importantly, what I've learned from them. I share how I let it overcome me, but how I've realized that giving these things too much power just hurts more in the end. This episode is a note to myself, in case I lose myself again and need helping coming back up for air. This is also for all of you who have felt any ounce of these mental battles too, and in the end, you can get through it, it just makes you stronger! Love you all so much xoxoxoxo, Ale ,<33333
In today's episode I spill some tea to y'all. I expose some of my personal life, and some pretty comical experiences from dates lol .I also share how I've felt just burnt out lately. I have not been prioritizing my mental health and have been putting so much pressure on myself, causing me to not feel like myself. I have been changing my mindset and have been so much stronger because of it. I hope you enjoy this week's episode, love you all !!! xoxoxo, Ale <333
This week I share about all the things I wonder about. From dating in my 20s to figuring out what thoughts run in everyone's minds. I also share some fun anecdotes about what reminds me of others sometimes. It's fun to look back at the past and see how we have grown and how we can continue to grow.
So I have been a little missing from the podcast lately... and let's be honest, I have been in a mental rut. I have been stuck, and just empty minded on what to discuss on my podcast. I always want to deliver the best content and put a lot of pressure to do so, but at the end of the day, I have to remind myself about the goals and reasons behind starting it all. In order to get out of this headspace, we need to give ourselves time to work things out. Listen as I talk about what I've done to overcome this "mental rut" and how we need to normalize breaking away from reality for a minute in order regain clarity. Love you all so much, xoxoxo, Ale <33
here is my story of my comical travel experience after studying abroad in London for two moths this summer. it was very hectic and I'm being very dramatic on saying it was traumatizing (which in the moment it felt like it was) but I'm completely fine and safe and had so much fun in London! this story is just so funny to me that I had to share. hope u love it, xoxo Ale <333
My last day in London, that day was longer than expected but this was my thought process before my travel fiasco. My first little walk & talk episode, but I honestly loved it. I'm so grateful for everything this experience has taught me, and it's definitely not my last time in London. Hope you have enjoyed my London podcasts! Cheers to such a beautiful experience! xoxoxo, Ale <333
Hi y'all and welcome to my last episode as a 20 year old! This week, I re-listened to my podcast I made last year before my 20th birthday. I reflect on what I've learned within this past year and what I hope to accomplish this next year of my twenties. I really loved this episode, and I'm so blessed and grateful for this life I get to live. Love you all so much, and I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did making it! xoxoxoxo, Ale <3
This week I give you guys my insight on studying abroad. The ups, the downs, and how to accept change. Change can come with anxiety, but we need to learn to embrace those anxieties. Hope you enjoy my little London recap this far, love you all! xoxoxo, Ale <333
I AM LITERALLY IN LONDON!!!!! LIKE WHAT?! So im studying abroad this summer and I'm already loving navigating this new place. Yes, not everything is perfect and there have already been some new growing experiences that have come my way, but that's the beauty of this new journey. Learning and adapting to a new way of living and for what the Universe and God has planned for me is exciting! Everything happens for a reason, and I hope you enjoy hearing of my first week in England! xoxoxo, Ale <3
