As you have seen from the title, majority of people carry unnecessary weight on this temple that God has given us. I recently was faced with some serious choices (life and death; blessing and cursing), and I chose my life. Everyday God gives us choices and we probably never look at yourself as a choice. Well in this episode, I am asking you to choose you. Choose your life. Choose to live. Choose to become healthy. 

Especially with me being an RN, HEALTH is a big part of you living the life God has already given you. I am on a journey, that I am wanting to take you all on with me as well. Health is truly wealth.  There are multiple things we can do, small things, that can allow us to become more healthy.  Not just in our body, but in our mind, soul and heart as well.  And honestly, you could be so healthy on the outside, yet your heart could be so dark and ugly.  Anyhow, just sit back, relax and I  pray that this episode truly inspires you to seek better health today.

Wow! This episode took me to another level. It has been one of the titles I have desired to talk about for awhile, yet didn't feel the time was right. Hey guys! Now this podcast is one that we all deal with on a daily basis. I believe "do not fear", "fear", "fear not" occurs in the Bible 365 times. When I heard that, it was amazing . Like our Father is reminding us on a daily basis to not fear anything. To have "childlike" faith, "mustard seed" faith. We face a world full of strife, crisis and so much more, yet we have a Heavenly Father who is with us and never leaves us.  Trust God in your everyday situations. This is a season that I believe I will more than likely face many moments of not allowing myself to "bow down" to fear. Because the devil does not want us to cross that threshold, yet your purpose and calling could be in that place. Seek Him first and allow Him to give you that power to do what is already within you. Relax, sit back and get ready to be inspired.
