Rob, Carmen and Steve welcome Trevor to the show.  A soon to be Dad.  He grew up without a prominent Father figure.  He went to Reddit and asked the internet how can he be the best Dad.  His post blew up with thousands of up votes and replies, and Trevor was kind enough to come on our show and discuss the aftermath of all of it.  We then weigh in on that very topic.  We conclude by answering listener questions.
