Joan completed her veterinary training at the Veterinary College of Western Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada in 1986.

She also has post graduate training in immunology and veterinary pathology at the University of Sydney, Since completing her training she has worked extensively in research roles for the NSW Department of Primary Industries within the pharmaceuticals and livestock industries.

Today we will be joined on It's Time For Ewe by Dr Matt Playford to talk about preparing clean pastures and preparing lambing and weaning paddocks for stock vulnerable to parasites.

Today we are joined by Rob Inglis of Elders to talk all about optimising lambing this season. Rob is the livestock production coordinator for Elders as well as being heavily involved with many research projects with Australian Wool Innovation.

Nigel is a district vet and has a great career a working as a district vet in Bourke, NSW. Following that he joined Local Land Services in 2014 based out of Mudgee and now Orange where he has been based for the last three years.
