California has once again raised its minimum wage, and we are already seeing the effects left in the wake of such a decision. The minimum wage only deceives people into thinking they received a raise. In that regard, it works much the same way as inflation does. In reality, all it serves to do is get more people laid off and fewer jobs available as a whole. With AI on the rise, before long, the minimal jobs will be run by technology, not temps.

Motivation is fleeting. However, that is what makes discipline necessary. I learned discipline while in the military. The problem of learning discipline from a negative angle is you might begin to resent it. My friends, redirecting your thinking to where you focus on what you are giving instead of what you are receiving at that moment will allow you to shift your mindset. Productivity in itself is a reward! It all lies within your perception. Your perception is how you view reality!
