Who Are You? What Defines You?
Who are you, really? Do your accomplishments and the things you own define you? Who were you before all those achievements? The things we’ve achieved or we own shouldn’t define us; we should be defined by our values, what we stand for, and what we wish to give to humanity.
In this episode, we dive deep into answering the question ‘who are you?’ The best people in the world are the ones who want to teach, to give back to the world, and who say without judgment. We get so quick at judging others but slow at properly judging ourselves.
The truth is that you don’t need huge achievements to define yourself, and you don’t need to share who you are to feel validated. Your degree, your luxurious career or lack thereof, your car, etc., are things shouldn’t have to define you. It is the things that no one can take away from you that define who you are. Think of who you would be if all the things you have were taken from you today.
Many people are distracted by all the things surrounding them that they lose who they are. Challenge yourself and others to get to know each other outside your material possessions. This is because the amount of money in your bank account or your social standing doesn’t make you better than anyone else. What makes you better is having true values, ethics, and caring for others.
Choosing a life of fulfillment is choosing more than your material things. Material things aren’t evil, but imagine all those things stacked on top of a core personality, that is goals.
Nobody ever teaches us who we’re or are supposed to become as people, which makes it easy for us not to care who we are. Knowing who you are will help you maneuver around others and how you may be perceived by others.
When asking yourself who you are, ask yourself why you put yourself in certain environments and situations. Evaluating who you are or are becoming will give you the space to change your mindset and circle. To change for the better, you have to be honest with yourself and what you can improve on to become the best version of yourself.
The time you’re spending now and the days you’re enduring are lessons for you to build a better life for yourself. Don’t ever have regrets when evaluating who you are because it took your past to get where you are today. Now is the time to become that person you never were; now is the right time. Be proud of yourself because many people never make it to this stage.
Don’t downplay yourself; you deserve to be you at this very moment!
Run Away from Your Problem If You Have To
Is it healthy to run away from your problems? We must stop allowing ourselves to put up with things that are messing with our mental state and our well-being. Running away from problem shouldn’t even be a thing, you’re a solving the problem by getting away from it.
In this episode, we talk about the concept of “running away from your problems”. If something is hurting you, you have the right to disengage from it to heal yourself. Leave if the situation, place, or person is no longer good for your mental health.
Society tells us to keep going when facing a problem, which is harmful and will only get you to a breaking point sooner or later. Choose to do what is right for you by removing yourself from the problem. Your life is very valuable that it’s not worth making yourself unhappy.
Choosing your well-being isn’t quitting!
Take time to yourself and love yourself first so you can love others. This means having to forgo other people’s needs to cater to your wellbeing, and those that care about you should understand. You should never feel ashamed to put yourself first; only then can you help others.
Self-care, self-love is where it all begins. Remember you don’t need to explain to anyone why you’re choosing you. Block negative and unhealthy people from your life if you have to. Always choose what is best for you when in toxic or negative situations.
Stop giving low vibrational people a chance to affect your energy, it’s not worth it. ‘Running from your problem’ social norm is not serving anyone, so get away from it.
How to Intentionally Start Your Day
Do you start your day with powerful intentional thinking? Intentional thinking means letting go of all expectations and to-do lists for just taking a moment to allow yourself to view the day with an open mind.
In this episode, we talk about the benefits of intentionally setting your day and welcoming the lessons to come. An intentional start of the day gives you space to accomplish whatever you set your mind to, even if you go through rough patches. The lessons you will learn will help you to grow and prepare you for the marathon that is life.
Learn to take small steps and appreciate the little things without rushing, for time belongs to the universe and no one else. Stop stressing for the impossible and live intentionally by taking things day by day. You’ll be happy you took things slowly at the end of it!
How to Define Confidence
How do you define confidence? What does having confidence really mean to you?
In this episode, we talk about the meaning of confidence and how you can achieve it.
Confidence just like love doesn’t have a definition. Sometimes you feel confident and that you can do it, and other times fear and doubt overtakes you no matter how many times you’ve done it before.
We all want to be confident, and in doing so, we tie it into our appearance, how we speak, how we walk, or how we dress. You allow your appearance on the outside to define confidence for you, but just like love, confidence is on the inside.
Confidence cannot be taught; it can only be encouraged. It is through our experiences that we achieve confidence.

Stop Hating and Start Building Yourself
Why do you use your energy to hate when you could use it positively?
In this episode, we talk about hate and how you can transform that hating energy into something positive for yourself.
Many times, we don’t realize that we’re projecting ourselves on others, especially when we’re hating them. Did you know that you’re killing your own yourself when you’re hating? Stop making enemies out of potential alliances, take that hate, and turn it into something positive.
We often hate people who are displaying something we desire but don’t have, and instead of taking it as a learning experience, we take the opportunity to hate. When hating, you’re unconsciously hoping that something bad happens to the object of your hate, which is not right.
Take the opportunity to build yourself when you see something you desire instead of hating. Do not let your own self-judgment be more than your self-improvement.
Step away from the mirror so you can come back to it looking different. Find what works for you, instead of wasting your time critiquing yourself.
Turn your hate into a resource! Go ask them what makes their story so you can also build yours.
How to Chase Your Dreams and Purpose
How important is it for you to pursue your dreams and purpose? Are you afraid of pursuing your dreams?
In this episode, we talk about the importance of pursuing your dreams. It is okay if you don’t already know what your dreams are, go ahead and explore. You’re not going to know what your dreams are unless you explore the boundaries. Don’t take no for an answer; pursue whatever you have an interest in so you can discover your purpose.
Don’t allow people to put a timeline on you; give your dreams time. Pursue whatever you want to do and don’t be afraid to take chances. Make choices that will benefit you without caring what others think or say. Take that chance; you never know where it might lead you!
Keep in mind that all your experiences only make you a better person, so the more you experience the better. Learn to save yourself because no one else will, but don’t be afraid to ask for help. Never give up because you will get there no matter how long it takes.
If you can change your thoughts, you can change your world!
Should You Go to College?
Did you know that it is perfectly fine if you don’t go to college, don’t want to go to college, or even if you fail out of college? That’s right; there’s no social book stating that you should go to college or be good at it.
In this episode, we discuss why going to college is not mandatory and you shouldn’t feel inferior if you don’t do it. It’s not the end of the world if you don’t go to college, I have been in and out of college for ten years, and I’m not ashamed of it since it’s been a learning journey.
A college diploma is just a piece of paper representing your discipline which can easily be represented by something else you stuck with the same amount of time.
I have failed college many times, which has taught me the valuable lesson of rising up after every fall. If you fail or have failed before, remember that you’re not alone. Stop comparing, college is not for everyone and most importantly, we all have unique experiences. It is a personal journey that you get to either choose or not.
Keep in mind that the things we like come naturally to us while we tend to struggle with what we don’t like. Be your own person and don’t allow anyone or college to define who you are.
Understand that no rule book says what is right or wrong with how you choose to live your life. Take your time, be happy, and don’t let pressure!
How to Remove Fake Friendships from Your Life
How many friends do you have? Friends, not acquaintances?
In this episode, we talk about the difference between genuine friendships and fake friendships. The lesser friends you have, the more standards you’re likely to have. Friends and acquaintances are two very different things, a friendship should be more serious. Your friends should want the best for you, always support you, and think of you.
A friend should never sneak around behind your back to sabotage you. Stay away from friends who don’t want what’s best for you, and this goes for family and student-teacher relationships too. Remember that not everyone that gives you advice is trying to give you the best advice.
All your relationships should be taken with a grain of salt. Sometimes, the people in your life are not there for what’s best for you. Action speaks louder than words, so be sure that genuine sacrifices are being made for you. Recognize the selfless sacrifices from friends to know whether they’re worth keeping around or not.
Protect yourself, protect the ones you love, protect the good! Learn to instill in yourself protection before you seek it out from others. Be your own friend to be others’ friend!
Have standards and have the people in your life meet them, otherwise, they go. Your time is way too valuable to waste on people who wouldn’t do the same with their time. Don’t give more of yourself than someone is willing to give to you. Give your time to someone who’s going to appreciate it without trying to change them!
Stay away from fake friends, stay away from fake people!
How to Modify Trust
Where do you get your information from? Do you trust the person who feeds you information? Do you find their information helpful? It is important to question what you’re consuming as a way to take care of both your emotional and mental health.
In this episode, we talk about the importance of questioning what you’re feeding your mind and body and those feeding it to you.
In a scenario where you have a caretaker, do you question them and what they give you? Do you even know if they’re qualified to do so? More often, we are conditioned to trust these people even though we may not extend the same level of trust to other people we’re hanging out with and what they give us.
Develop the habit of questioning your doctor/caretaker and what they’re making you consume or ingest into your body.
Always remember that your mind is delicate and very easy to poison because trust makes us feel like there’s a safety guarantee. No one is going to treat you like you treat yourself, so treat yourself with kindness. Learn to take care of yourself mentally, emotionally, and always question so you don’t poison your body and most importantly your mind.
Always ask yourself whether they have your best interest at heart?
