"I think happiness is a state of mind. However cliche it may sound, it is the truth, because happiness is how you define your state of existence, and it also is how you feel in a particular moment. So happiness, to me, if I were to personify happiness, it would be my grandmother eating ice cream on a hot summer's day and playing Scrabble with me. That would be happiness for me. I love personifying things. So, yeah, that's one form of happiness."

"What is consciousness? I think consciousness, to me, personally, is awareness. It's being aware of yourself. It's being aware of, you know, how you interact with the environment. It is aware. It is awareness about how other people affect you also. And I think being conscious is to be extremely involved in the decision making process and also being involved in, you know, your day to day activities."

"The moment humans use the Bible as a tool to control people, that's where I have an issue. And I always say this to everybody. I'm like, it's a book. Because what happens during national. During natural disasters, floodings, hurricanes, whatever, all our books can be lost in floods or burnt to ash. So it's a book. But when it comes to spirituality, I believe that everybody has their own mindset when it comes to that."

"For example, if criticism is given in a good way, people instead of stepping back, they would move forward and try to change themselves or the manners they are, the patterns they were using before which didn't give them the result, they would change everything and bring up a better and a proper mood from their side. But when we hear criticism we often feel so rejected and from then onwards we stop trying."
