Division sets a stage for the promotion of bad leaders since there is no realistic system for accountability. Let use pray for unity and love amongst church leaders

Ministry cannot be managed as you do a business. People come to your office because they like your service. But people are supposed to come to church based on conviction and anytime we get people to come without this we are setting up a den of thieves as Jesus said. Lets be wise and see God for the level of spirituality we want in our churches. God bless

Pride goes before a fall and so some leaders have fallen because of pride. God even is resiting them and they don't know it. But i encourage you to humble yourself before its too late. Then God will exalt you in due time. God bless

We pastors have a responsibility to lead the people of God with love. How much ministry are we going to do without loving our brothers and sisters? Let us build love because there is no ministry without love.

It is written "To have respect of persons is not good" how then do pastors who are partial or do open favouritism expect to lead God's people. With that cheap mindset they will sin for a piece of bread. What a shame. But my prayer is that we will turn from this wickedness so God can honor us.

A church leadership that has not learned how to sacrifice fir what they believe or are represent. Let us count the cost of being ministers before we step into.

Apollos was a great man of God who didn't allow his eloquence rub him oh teachability. As a pastor don't let your title or ministry level stop you from doing the things that made attain it. To stay relevant you must keep learning.

Christian Unbelief is a provocation to God because to not believe God means you made him a lier. Worse then are pastors who are doing ministry with unbelieve. Don't wait till God begins to come for you repent so you can enter God's rest. Bless you

How the pastors handle the word of God is very crucial to their success in ministry. They study to teach rather than to do. Some don't even study at all. But they expect success in ministry. Prosperity comes when you exercise diligence in doing right.

Jesus commanded us to pray so the Lord of the harvest will send laborers. But if those who are even called to be pastors can not boast an hour of prayer a day how do we expect them to lead a good ministry?
