The ministry is more financially challenging than any other career in the world. Because God send you to go with no purse saying the workman is worthy of his reward. Yet he says you should give your services freely. Pastors are sometimes tempted to worry about provision to the point of changing the entire focus of their ministry. Man of God be encouraged for God has not abandoned you. As he provided for Elijah in the days of famine he will provide for you.

Those who have certificates know that it doesn't guarantee ministry success but some who don't have certificates think that's the reason they are not successful. But i came to encourage you to stay focused on the God who called you and he will give you sound doctrine for his people and anoint you for what he called you to do

Pastor ministry is not done by SS benefits or 401k. It is done by absolute trust in God's providence. All these men and women of God doing ministry after amassing money are running their own show. True ministry is born out of responding to go and stepping out by faith knowing God will provide people and other resources. But you spend ten to twenty years trying to work and save money to do what God wanted you to do ten years ago. By the time you finish amassing money God had abandoned you already. Be wise

Pastor it is God's job to add to your church. So focus on making yourself faithful with those God has given you and he will increase the church in dew time.

It is not Good for a pastor to fall into depression. Pastor don't allow the fact that people don't believe in your ministry or desert you to trouble your heart. Jesus said he will never leave you nor forsake you. So like David let us learn to encourage ourselves in the Lord.

A pastor cannot expect others to pray for their ministry more than themselves. So pastor rise up and pray for your members they need your prayers. Stop complaining.

When a pastor leads Gods people, God should be able to say that He is leading those people or attest to the fact that he approved their Direction. If a pastor is not led by the spirit it means all the people under his care are a bunch of lost people going in their pastors direction thinking its God. So it is paramount that a pastor know that part of their Job is to ensure that God's leadership is active in their lives.

A pastor is responsible for seeking God and telling the church exactly what God told him to tell them. However, if the pastor has lost his authority he can no longer tell the people the truth. He becomes a man pleaser he forgets about rebuke because he only wants to tell the people what will please the people. Pastor is you are like that know you are no longer a servant of Christ. To christians i say how can you say you obey God when you despise his representatives? Your call.

Pastor's these days are so focused or tempted to care for the lost out of the church that they miss caring for the lost in the church. It is the pastors responsibility to know what is going on in the heart of church members so they can help them individually. If as a pastor you don't value enough to care for one having many won't make difference. If they are hungry you preaching is all noise

Have you ever been sleeping in a moving bus then all of a sudden you just woke up because the bus stopped? That's the way christians fall asleep or loss consciousness of time and trouble when their pastor is a visionary. But they will wake up as soon as the bus stops, asking questions why the bus is not moving? Why their life is not progressing? At the end as people step out of a stopped bus so they leave the church for another. Some even abandon the destination altogether. Pastor have a vision build it and keep working on it. That's your Job
