Sermon: Practicing Christ's Radical Welcome
Preaching: Pastor Jen

Our sermon series through November 22 is helping us get to know our vision and values together. May these ordinary time weeks help us take root in who we are and who we hope to become together.

At Sherman Street we value practicing Christ's radical welcome.

Having been forgiven and welcomed by Christ, we strive to practice a radical welcome of our own, marked by generosity, deep listening, and full participation for all. Each person's gifts are essential to our community and witness. We listen to all voices when making decisions, and embrace the tension, conflict, and the unexpected abundance that comes with life together. We trust the Spirit will continue to stretch our love until it holds the whole of God's creation.
