Today we will explore how depression can affect you when you have NLD. Have you experienced depression while having NLD? Maybe you were depressed or still are a little because you lost a friend, family member, or pet. I thought of them because they were and continue to be so supportive of me with the challenges I have faced in my life especially the NLD, migraine, and traumatic related ones.
