Trauma is a powerful emotional response to a distressing event. Trauma can affect anyone at any age in life. Trauma not addressed can cause both mental and physical health problems. In this episode I discuss what trauma is as well as emphasize the need to find a secret place where you can safely be mindful of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
