When Barbara Nixon takes the brave step of starting her own podcast, she learns that true confidence is the reward for bravery, inspiring others to take the leap and play full out.
"Bravery comes first. It's that moment of, I want to do something, and just like you, I want to go start a podcast, or I want to speak up in this meeting, or I want to get a promotion, or I want to go fill in your own blank. It is that moment of, I've got to do this now, taking that one step, being brave, and then confidence comes." - Barbara Nixon
