Hey y'all!
Welcome back to She's My Person!
As we wrap up our vulnerability series today, we center our focus to the most vital component of pursuing a vulnerable, connected, in alignment way of life: Showing Up.
It's requires bravery, courage, and a commitment to lean into the hard conversations. What awaits you on the other side, though, is a depth of love, connection, and trust that can't be achieved through any other way of being.
Our commitment to you is to do our best to show up this way each week and our mission is to ignite the fire in your spirit to walk this way in your world.
Thank you for being here. So much ahead!

Hey y'all!
Welcome back to She's My Person Podcast.
These first four episodes of our first series are centered around vulnerability, the importance of it, and what qualities show up when we don't feel safe to express all of who we are.
Desperation is one of the loudest ways our hearts react when we are out of touch with our truth.
In today's episode, we get radically honest about some of our most desperate moments, how to understand the difference between love and attachment, and how to respond when you are met with desperation from another.
Through laughter and all the feelings, this episode promises to give you an even deeper insight into who we are and how we tackle all of life's emotions together- cause it would be unbearable any other way!
Thank you for tuning in!
Welcome back, y'all!
This episode promises to pour into the core of your soul as we welcome one of the most honest, loving, and intelligent women we know to She's My Person Podcast.
Kennedy Currie is the founder of Herelationship, a Life and Relationship Coaching Firm for young adult women. Herelationship helps women experience elation in life, relationships, and faith by providing access to community, coaching, and digital advertising to support and embolden their purpose driven work.
Kennedy fearlessly says yes to having the tough, necessary, soul baring conversations and is a walking testament to the love, connection, and trust that awaits our hearts on the other side of vulnerability.
In this episode, we dive deeply into the equality battle that this year has brought front and center. Kennedy speaks to breaking the silence, what she needs in conversations with her white peers, and tangible ways we can link arms in this battle that needs every single one of our hearts.
This episode is full of emotion, passion, and depth.
It will leave the core of your being with the courage to use your voice with reckless abandon.

Hey y'all! We are Jenna & Ellen- co-hosts of She's My Person Podcast. We are committed to talking about real life, friendship, and everything in between with our signature cocktail of vulnerability and authenticity. More than anything, this crazy year has shown us we need one another, and life is much more durable with a friend to walk with.
Our friendship has lasted through it all: dating relationships, break-ups, business start-ups, lay-offs, personal struggles, and so much more. Throughout it all, we have continued to champion each other and push the other towards our goals and dreams. We are willing to have the hard conversations and create space for the other in a way that will feel genuinely refreshing in a world that is in desperate need of some soul to soul honesty.
In episode one, we turn the vulnerability all the way up right out of the starting gate as we dive into one of our most vulnerable moments. Jenna speaks to what it is really like being in an emotionally abusive relationship, the courage it takes to leave, and the grace it requires when you sway back and forth.
Ellen dives into an injury that ended her college athletic career, what it took for her to get honest with herself about how her body was actually feeling, and honestly speaks into what it's like to put yourself first when you have a selfless, naturally giving personality.
We are so excited to share this space with you. Our mission is to show you that fearless, loyal, unconditional love is possible if you are willing to take the vulnerable route. We want you to actively engage with us every step of the way so we can bring you the content to help you accomplish just that!
