While living in New York City she met Kanye West and became a marketing assistant as he released his critically acclaimed album entitled 'The College Dropout'. She then connected with Diddy and appeared on his hit MTV show "Making The Band" as a songwriter. This led her to sign to Universal Music Publishing. In 2016, her success led her to be recruited by Troy Carter to be Spotify’s as the Global Head of Songwriter Relations and launched the Secret Genius program which provided resources and spotlighted songwriters through award shows, recording sessions and songwriting camps globally. Today, Tiffany will share her new venture into running her music services agency, Beat House in LA. She shares with us their current developments in music, their new publishing venture with Pulse recordings, and how she has integrated social justice initiatives into Beat House’s vision. I end May in celebration with Donelle Prado as a shoutout to Asian and Pacific American Heritage Month! Donelle is just the woman who reminded me to keep the best thing alive to keep us going: Laughter! She is one of the most sought after comedians based in Denver, CO, and can be seen performing regularly at the Comedy Works and Denver Improv, where she recently opened for Tony Rock, Paul Mooney, Willie Barcena, Bruce Bruce, and Sebastian Maniscalco. Committed to transforming stereotypes through her comedy, Donelle’s unique background and perspective enable her to represent not only Asian-American and Latina women, but ALL Women in an empowering, positive, and celebrated light. Donelle’s story caters to those who’ve had a difficult time believing we can make it in a male-dominated industry and being able to balance it all. She reassures us we as women should align our unique stories with our dreams and not be afraid to embrace it all. We can be a comedian, mother, sister, wife, and everything above. Donelle Prado brings all the laughs and inspiration today! Tune in now.

Teharah J. is sharing wonderful gems with us today. Actress, producer, director, and much more under Teharah's reign! You might have seen her on Showtime's The Chi or firefighter drama favorite Chicago Fire. Her acclaimed success stems way back from playing in Broadway and working on indie films. Through Teharah J Entertainment, she focuses on impactful events, film production, and advocacy as a response including her WOC Film Collaborative. Teharah's efforts to provide a platform for young women and women of color are fantastic! I don’t want to give any hints away on what she is working on but, I’ll let the conversation speak for itself! Press play now! Don't forget to leave a review if you love this!
