Every wondered how to create a vision board?

049: During this episode Myself and Diana talk about her life journey of travelling from Romania to the UK for University study.

As a child, Diana grew up and built an armour around her for people to think of her as confident but really she was just hiding behind her armour.

Many of us hide behind an armour that we have built due to being bought up in western culture, something we delve into in the podcast.

Diana found her confidence through going for opportunities and saying yes to trying new things.

We talk about going for goals, even if we're scared or we don't think the outcome will go our way.

045: I hope you guys are ready for a vulnerable and amazing story. Shannon and I talk about her childhood and challenges she went through (like many children in their teenage years). At the age of 12, Shannon wanted to lose weight in order to fit in with her school mates. She soon found herself excessively working out and eating a lot less. Although she found herself getting more attention, she found herself in a struggle of not being able to be herself. 

After an attempted suicide, she finds herself searching for different types of help and came across functional medicine.

From that moment, she has been able to understand real nutrition, a good relationship with food and work on her mindset.

We talk about not only some of her biggest challenges but also how she decided to work in holistic health and how she works on her body and mind to keep her reaching her goals and designing a life where she loves herself and can be there for her family too.

A beautiful, heartfelt message that should be shared to all teenagers and women from around the world.

042: I'm currently reading 'The Magician's Way' by William Whitecloud and I love how it talk's about the secret's to magic and create tools we can use to shift our mindsets in order to create magic.

The first secret to magic is that your thoughts and feelings aren't real and do not represent reality. Although I have been presented with similar ways of thinking before, this one is so black and white. 

What an amazing realisation! That all out thoughts and feelings are just based on the limitations that we have created for ourselves, and actually, they are completely false.

How many times have you said to yourself....'I'm not worthy', 'I don't deserve this', 'I am not cut out for this', 'I don't know enough to do that', etc. etc. etc.

Get some inspiration and motivation to start really creating a life you love and want.
