Yet again we are venturing back into a series that we love and adore. And we are glad we did! This week we read Wicked Bite, book two of the Night Rebel series by Jeaniene Frost where we are delighted to see Ian and Veritas again. Now we haven’t forgotten how much we loved Ian but we sure did miss him. And so did Veritas even though she denies it and tries to chase him away once he finds her again. But all too persistent, with his heart and his pants, Ian can’t resist pestering her and telling her over and over and over how much he loves her and how much he wants to break beds with her. There are bad guys in this book, we find out she has a brother, actiony action and sexy sex, oh and it ends with all of us finding out (including Veritas) that she was secretly betrothed before she was born. What the shit?!

Welcome back to the Black Arrowhead novels. To recognize Native American Heritage Month, we are jumping back into book two of this series where we get to know Hope and Tak. Hope is a local jeweler who works hard to produce and sell her craft, though not without doubt and backlash from certain people in her community. We are excited about our book this week, written by the one and only Lou Diamond Phillips.
