Houston, Leslie, and Stitch kicked off the week on The Kat 98.7 and 93.9 the Mix with a Monday that somehow wandered from backyard landscaping and Doctor Pepper Creamy Coconut to Guinness World Records that probably shouldn't exist. Thirteen live rattlesnakes in one mouth. A blood alcohol level that's technically impossible. And a tortoise who was alive thirty years before the Civil War and is still out here collecting receipts. Oh, and a 24-hour meat vending machine in Bozeman exists now, so the world is both broken and kind of amazing.

The Artemis 2 astronauts are splashing down tonight, and the crew is fully locked in, debating sharks in the Mediterranean, heat shields that are "loosey goosey," and whether NASA should maybe keep some things to themselves. Then it's grilled cheese drama as 75% of Americans reportedly can't make one with confidence, which somehow turns into a three-way group text contest between Leslie, Stitch, and Houston. And if that's not enough, TikTok is out here eating miniature clay pots seasoned with lime and tahini, and it sounds like it's both a mineral deficiency and a vibe. Happy Friday.

Somehow Thursday's show ended up in the Squidward Extended Universe, and yes, Squid William is a real character with a smoking jacket and a Victorian haircut. The crew also got into everything people have quietly stopped buying this year because the prices are out of control, from steak to concert beer to gas station cappuccinos that somehow cost six bucks. Then, right at the end, someone looked out the window and spotted two guys standing at the very top of the Rushmore building like it was totally fine. It was not fine.

Rapid City's downtown Fourth of July parade is coming back for the first time since 1991, and the crew is already plotting their entrance, squirt guns and all. Then somehow the show ended up in deep space, because a jar of Nutella on the Artemis mission technically traveled farther than any human ever has, and the astronauts had to just watch it float past the finish line. Oh, and if you've ever sat in a drive-thru for 40 minutes because someone ordered breakfast for eight kids from their car window, Houston has thoughts. Strong ones.

Artemis 2 is still out there circling the moon, and the crew somehow has better internet than most of us do at home. Houston, Leslie, and Stitch are fully invested in the mission, Christina Koch's arms, and what it must feel like to leave Earth for ten days and not deal with any of this. Also on today's show: CERN loaded antimatter into a truck and drove it down the road, which is either the most exciting or most terrifying thing you'll hear all week. And an AI artist named Eddie Dalton is cracking the iTunes top 10, and the crew has... feelings about it.

Stitch was out, so Houston and Leslie held it down solo, and honestly, things got weird fast. It started innocently enough with Easter candy drama, the unwritten rules of the office candy bowl, and the one coworker who audibly guilts herself every time she grabs a piece of chocolate. Then somehow the whole show spiraled into a deep dive on statues around the world that people rub for luck, including one very specific Parisian grave in Paris where the sculpture made some, let's say, bold creative choices. Houston even had photographic evidence.

It's Easter weekend and Stitch is at the dentist, which means Leslie and Houston are completely unsupervised with six flavors of Peeps and zero regrets. What started as a festive taste test turned into something closer to a crime scene, with decapitated marshmallow chicks, calorie math nobody asked to do, and a Cotton Candy Peep that smelled better than it tasted. Plus, Easter traditions from around the world, including one from the Czech Republic that Leslie is very relieved she'll never have to participate in.
