This is the audio from my FB live of a ritual for cord cutting. My FB community is Wild Soul Rising if you would like to see the video version!
I talk about energetic cords or attachments of energy that affect us negatively. When
someone has created a cord from them to us, it robs us of our energy. Think of a
hollow tube they have attached to your solar plexus and through that hollow tube
they suck and drain you of your life essence and energy.
Signs You Have Cords Attached
1. You can’t stop thinking of the person or they pop into your mind at random times out
of the blue. It may even be months, or years, since you’ve seen the person and yet they
continue to occupy space in your head (without paying you rent!)
2. You relive past experiences with this person, rehashing old arguments or things you may have done or said. Or imagining what you wish you would have said to them.
3. Dreaming of this person, or they show up in your dreams. When we dream, we are
entering the 4th dimension and into our astral body. We will often encounter people in our
dreams who are significant but we’ll also encounter people who have cords attached to
us.
4. You feel drained and robbed of your energy. As mentioned earlier, the cord is a hollow tube where they can suck the life out of us.
5. Inability to forgive. No matter how much work you do, you can’t seem to get past the resentment or negative feelings you have towards them rendering forgiveness a moot point. Cords will prevent you from forgiving them and also forgiving yourself.
6. You can’t get rid of them. They keep popping up in your life no matter how hard you attempt to rid your life of them. Like the story I just shared of “she who shall not be named,” just when you think you have closed off all channels, they find another way to show up.
