Shift Your Spirits

"One of the biggest lessons I continue to learn from having the stroke is that a great deal of healing can be accomplished from a liminal space. As much as I, or my clients, would love to ascribe a cosmic reason to traumatic events in our lives and be able to see how that pain eventually worked toward a higher good, releasing the need to fully understand opens opportunities to heal in ways that aren't bound by our understanding of cause and effect. It's one reason I attract so many clients who have gone through similar trauma to my own.”

— Tracey Natarajan

Following a near death experience in 2014, Tracey has felt driven to own their place in the LGBTQ+ community and as an intuitive and healer. They offer intuitive readings in a variety of modalities, distance Primordial Song, and Reiki healings.

Some psychics don’t believe spirit guides even have names. But in hundreds of readings, I've received names, and given them out to clients. Sometimes the names themselves are messages.

Because of the feedback, signs, and synchronicities that occur, I choose to continue sharing this information.

In this episode, I share ways in which you can experience these phenomena for yourself.

This week I’m sharing an energy shielding visualization technique. This is an alternative to the white light shielding you may be familiar with.

If you’re an empath, and you also work with other people’s energies, you require a specific kind of filter — and this one is designed for you.

There's a way to use tarot cards where they can become a crutch, but with a few simple tweaks, they can help you develop your intuitive abilities.

This is the same advice I give to mentoring clients in the Automatic Intuition program who are already comfortable with cards and want to continue using them as a element in their professional readings.

All mediums are psychics, but not all psychics are mediums.

I am not a medium. I typically send requests for mediumship to my peers in the Automatic Intuition community who have those specific skills.

But a few years ago, I was offered the opportunity to do a series of readings, a kind of reading I'd never done before. Something in between channeling and mediumship...

Chasing the dream, you can start to doubt yourself, run out of steam, forget why you thought you could ever pull this off it the first place ...

Stick to the plan you made when you were in a better head space.
