The pursuit of more could be costing you greatness. We love more stuff & everything else that comes with the word “More” but intentionality suffers as a result of it.

Chances are we need to to dial it back and be more careful and purposeful in what we pursue. The Essentials.

Ultimately, there’s only one thing that dictates whether the mighty, a person or company, fall from the top of their grace.

Hubris.

A person or business that carries a sense of hubris about their past will eventually fall. They think that they can’t do wrong because they are comfortable and they think that things will always work out.

What they fail to realize is that eventually, the past is no longer good enough and they either have to adapt or go extinct.

Let go of your hubris and learn to change with the new things coming in. It is the only way for Growth to occur.

Comparison is such an insidious thing. It can take genuinely well deserved compliments and achievements and turn them into throwaway moments that you never really get to enjoy.

Life is about celebrating the person God designed you to be, he made you and he made you well.

Enjoy that and don’t let it infect your life or take your calling away from you.

Let’s be honest, we do a lot of talking to make ourselves feel better, and in that talking we stop focusing on the thing that matters most.

Actually doing the work. Let’s stop lying to ourselves and Do the work.

There’s a reason that faith is often compared to a seed of mustard. They’re almost unimaginable tiny. 2mm, actually. but they grow into huge, huge trees.

Faith is incredibly potent. So is your potential to better yourself and grow.

Let your faith germinate and spread into the people around you so that it enhances the potential inside of you. Even if it is as small as a seed of mustard.

We’re back again exploring the idea of Value Exchange in our relationships.

Are you going to continue putting yourself at a discount or are you raising your prices to what you’re actually worth?

a huge amount of people are constantly selling themselves short as a result of not wanting to increase their worth in fear of losing people that often don’t value them enough.

Move on to people that are willing to exchange with the actual value both you and them are worth.

You exchange based on what it is you value. Never put yourself on sale because you think people won't value you. Value doesn't come from an fixed scale, some people will value you as a person way more than others and Vice Versa.

Make sure you don't Trade in your relationship with God for other less valuable relationships in your life.

It's important for us to be uncomfortable accepting that value is abstract and you won't be equally valuable as a person to everybody.

Find the people that believe in your actual God Given value as a human being.

Those are the people that foster proper growth.
