After an exhausting week of planting seeds and taking massive action my body and mind were DONE- I had a mini panic attack and thankfully I have the right tools set in place to know what to do in these situations. After the panic attack and said, I need to share these tools with the world!

Today I had a conversation with God. Well i tried to talk to him and he told me to be quite and let him speak instead. Not surprised i get that often. So i listened. He told me to stop trying so hard. To try less and let him guide me where he needs me to go. So i said okay, lead me to where you need me and I will follow. He spoke into my heart for me to begin having conversation with the homeless and bring faith into their hearts. To remind them that the best is yet to come and that this is only a moment in their lives, that THIS TOO SHALL PASS. I had the pleasure of sitting down with Shawn, he was incredibly open and shared his dreams with me and The obstacles that have stood in his way. I asked him if he felt comfortable recording an episode for my podcast and he agreed.Let this be a reminder to all that everyone has a story and we all deserve to be heard! ❤️

During Episode 5. I speak about the lust that currently lives within our generation. How men and women are seeking the superficial and not allowing themselves to live within true love.

I believe women have more power than they believe and its time for them to begin to regain some of their self worth!

Love is easy my friends, but pushing past society norms is hard!

In Episode 4. I talk about how the word "expectations" came to me while I was asleep. I speak about how I realized that my high expectations for my life have led me into disappointment.

You can't control many of the outside elements in your life, you can only control yourself by focusing on how you show up in the world and how you aim to become the best version of yourself that you can be! Trust that, That IS ENOUGH.

Have BIG, REALISTIC, Goals that you are in control of and allow yourself to move from Expectations to Discovery!

During Episode 3. I talk about the process of becoming who I need to be in this world & who I know that I can become, to best serve the world! I touch on subjects such as, clearing the noise, understanding your habits, approval seeking, perfectionism, social media, and being enough! Once you clear the noise you can focus on the things that you ACTUALLY want to do!

During Episode 2. I share how I connect with my inner child by making sure that I am truly listening. Your body and your inner child will tell you what you need to hear even when you don't want to hear it. Honor how you are feeling inside and be aware of your self talk! Let's talk about it!

In Episode 1. is really just an intro and self discovery process of what I want my podcast to be about!

What better way to vocalize what you are going through in your life than to share it with the world! I believe that sharing is caring and when you are you allow others to be reminded that they are never alone!
