We are about to walk into 2022! So that means we are creating New Year’s resolutions for ourselves or for others. But during this time it maybe difficult because we have lost love ones, so we continue to keep them in our hearts. Sometimes, you may just need to stop and be mindful about yourself. And sometimes it’s best to make silent moves because you want to keep your peace of mind. With that said, I have learned something during this break that has touched me a lot!! I have learned to make peace with time. We are living in a “Microwave Society” where we are always on a move and we need to see results now. During this time off, it felt good to just be in stillness with everything! Taking time to celebrate yourself and the space you are in beautiful! Being in another state of happiness and stillness is a place of making peace with time. Sometimes you may feel you are missing out, but really you are not missing out on anything. Everybody’s journey is different and that the beauty. Life can be crazy and beautiful at the same time. Because you are better than that. No need to match their energy or level.. you always want to keep your center. Pick and choose your battles wisely. It’s best to ignore the person behavior if they are coming off negatively. Continue to glow and to set an example. You are that Queen; you are that King. Never allow anyone to dim light.

And when we do not have those honest conversations, how can anyone give us honesty in return. Yes, I understand the truth hurts, but the truth shall set you free. Allow the burdens to not overshadow you and learn to release them. Allow the chains to fall and release yourself. Allow the honesty to set you free. Hello Wonderful People!! How are you shining? I hope each and everyone of you are well. Today I want to focus on believing in yourself. Sometimes we may be waiting for our family, friends, or just anyone to give us that certain attention to believe in what we do... but believing starts within yourself. Take those small steps to work on self first and you will see/feel that love that will form within yourself. Sometimes we may be feeling that we are waiting for the right time..the right time is now. Who is going to love you the way you love yourself? Who is going to believe you if you don’t believe in yourself. Continue to strive toward sun and know that you have already won... believe in yourself.. the time is now.

Now I know ALL of us may have assumed during sometime in our lives.. but where does assumptions really get you?? It’s best to practice effective communication in your relationship or friendships. If there is not effective communication.. then there is no trust.. and when there is not trust, there is Unnecessary Drama! And no one has time for that especially during COVID.
