21 days ago, I had no idea on how a podcast is done or how much work is behind every segment, art work, sound and so on and so forth. I had no clue about which platform will suit my needs best, I was unsure if publishing episodes twice a month is going to be worthy for my listeners, I was so scared and hell broke loose several times. I was not pleased with almost anything I would come up with, the recordings, the art work, absolutely nothing. I did it several times and it felt like it was never good enough... until I decided to fly the plane while building it.  And here it is... my first episode ever. I trust that my experience is going to encourage you to eat the ugliest frog without the struggle I've had.

Roxana Filip is a woman who has no interest in titles or labels, yet wears so many hats on a daily basis: a mum (which comes with the extra hats), a teacher, a healer and so on. We discussed a bit about her rock bottoms - which she prefers to call it "life" - and how she got up and looked forward each time stronger. I am your host, Diana Elena Matei, a Holistic Practitioner who loves energy medicine, a good laugh and connecting with other Lightworkers and people in need of guidance. Years ago, I was not feeling safe to share what I knew or what I felt it would have been beneficial at the time. I have created this podcast as a sacred, safe space for me, for you and for us all to be our authentic selves.
