Hour 2: Colombia placed a special designation around the “holy grail” of shipwrecks off the Caribbean coast Wednesday as the country explores the famed Spanish warship. According to Caltrans there were 30,000 Caltrans damage claims due to potholes, debris or other dangers on state freeways between 2018 and mid-2023.
