Today's special guest is my personal coach and friend Viktor Saghy! Viktor coached me for 1.5 years 2023-2025. He is an amazing coach and mentor.
In this episode, we spend the first half discussing his coaching approach and the second half him live-coaching me! I was in a bad place with my speech and this was the support I needed.
I delayed putting this episode out for 15 MONTHS! I kept avoiding. What becomes obvious to me is I was ashamed of my stuttering 'relapse' here. This was when I was going through a bad time with my speech. I had done hypnotherapy and seen temporary improvement, and yet had a huge relapse. Where my fear levels and stuttering had increased back to previous levels.
And yet, what I hear when I listen back, is the amount of value that is in this episode. I have been robbing the world of gold, because of my selfishness. Because of my own insecurities. Because of my own shame.
I am supposed to be better than this. I am supposed to be guiding us all. I have let you, me and us all down.
