Parents in two Rhode Island school districts may soon be forced to sign a letter affirming they practice "safe gun storage" in their homes in order to register their kids for the next school year.  Royce asserts that this is part of a piecemeal registration scheme.

'Republicans' propose not-exactly-Constitutional carry bill in Florida, and while it's a step, it isn't totally CONSTITUTIONAL. Royce explains why this is a piecemeal approach.

Royce hammers the recent flip-flopping "rule change" of the ATF (at the behest of the Biden crime family) and the depths of the implications for lawful Americans, and exposes the undiluted, naked aggression of the federal government against the American people and their right to keep and bear arms.

       Were you aware that gun registration has been happening in this country since 1934? And we accepted it then.  Gun registration has been continuing since 1968 when the ATF implemented the 3310 form (Multiple Handgun Sales Form) which dealers are required under pain of penalty (and possibly prison time) to submit on you if you purchase more than one handgun within a five consecutive business day period.
      They now want all owners of AR and AK platform pistols with arm braces to either register them, modify them to 'comply' with their utterly confusing standards regarding them, surrender them, or destroy them.

The aggressive, forced registration of pistol braced AR-style pistols (which the ATF formerly stated were not short-barreled rifles, but now changed their mind and the definition thereof) is but the first step of a massive gun registration scheme. If they can intimidate us into registering our pistols, they can then change the definition of "machine gun" and force us to register our semi-automatic rifles,....and all our other handguns.
Illinois is meeting with stiff resistance from pro-2A forces in the courts, and we are gaining ground!!

In this episode, Royce exposes collusion between the ATF and the FBI to use the NICS to spy on gun purchasers. An FOIA filed by Gun Owners of America (join today if you're not already a member!!) revealed the insidious behavior by these two infamously corrupt federal agencies.

Royce goes in depth about the UNLAWFUL Illinois "assault weapons" ban law (which also bans "high capacity" magazines and demands all current owners of such must register them with the State), recently signed by Gov. Pritzker after passing through the House and Senate in an extremely underhanded fashion.
BUT,...74 sheriffs, along with several state's attorneys, have notified Gov. Pritzker that they'll not be enforcing the new law!!
A major contest of wills is now fully engaged in Illinois, and much defiance against the newly signed illegal actions committed by their state legislature and the Governor; and the governor is now threatening to fire all within law enforcement that refuse to enforce the new law.

Our rights are our individual, personal property and all violations against them are personal injuries to us. That's the crux of the matter throughout this episode as Royce discusses the recent ruling against the so-called "Bump Stock Ban", as well as a recent lawsuit against the ATF and Merrick Garland by a man who (rightly!) claims that the ATF denial of his request to build an M-16 violates his 2nd Amendment right, and even uses the fictitious "in common use" standard from Heller in his filing.

One need only look at recent history to see that disarmament of entire citizenries leads to unchecked, unfettered government violence.
