Shortbox Summary

ZACH from THOMPSON'S COMIC CORNER joins Shortbox Summary this week to discuss Iron Man (Vol. 4) #7-12, a story called EXECUTE PROGRAM. The drums of Civil War are starting to beat a little louder as Tony is confronted by someone with a connection to his past, before putting the whole Marvel Universe on their toes.

CARLOS IS BACK. And he's here to talk about Mr. Parker Goes to Washington, a story that appeared in Amazing Spider-Man 529-531. It's the march to Civil War, and the drums are starting to crescendo. This is kind of a flashback episode for my boy Carlos, where we get big into the lore of Mr. Spider-Man himself before we really get into the conspiracy theory shit about Tony Stark at large.

For the first time in a minute we get to record a podcast IN PERSON. One of my favorite people in the world, my buddy Leeman stops by to talk all things Captain America with me. We cover the contents of Captain America (Vol. 5, 15-21) in the preamble to Civil war. We also talk 2000's songs and movies as we remember what it was like to be alivin' and thrivin' in 2006

Carlos returns to talk about the Dan Slott and Ty Templeton mini series from 2005, Spider-Man/Human Torch. We learn a lot about Ciara, Spider-man, and ourselves.
