I give my full crowd-level review, from the eras the film covers to the moments that had people clapping, dancing, and not wanting to leave the theater. We talk about Jafar Jackson’s performance, what younger viewers may be learning for the first time, and why highlighting Michael Jackson’s generosity matters in an age where “philanthropist” can feel like a marketing title.
