Growing international tensions over Greenland, after U.S. President Donald Trump once again doubled down on his belief that the United States should control the territory. It's raising alarm bells not just in Europe, but here in Canada as well, particularly when it comes to Arctic sovereignty, defence, and our relationship with the U.S. Professor Vincent Rigby is a professor at McGill’s Max Bell School of Public Policy and a former National Security and Intelligence Advisor to the Prime Minister.
