With the United Kingdom's "Brexit" strategy still developing over a year after the monumental vote, it would make sense that the GOP would tread lightly when taking election advice from a Brexit strategist.  But the guys wonder why this option is even on the table if, as is assumed, the party thinks they have the upper hand going into the 2018 mid-term elections.
