The latest installment in the Predator franchise, Prey, goes back 300 years to follow a young warrior of the Commanche Nation in her life and death struggle against a Predator.  Finally recognizing what the fans always wanted was a "Predator in X" movie formula with a "Deadliest Warrior" vibe.  Directed by Dan Trachtenberg of "10 Cloverfield Lane" and starring Amber Midthunder from "Legion", the film was released directly to streaming service Hulu.  With critics hailing it as the greatest Predator film since the 1987 original, but many fans skeptical, Dirk and Dank weigh in with the answer to the question: should I see this movie? 

Based on the short story by Joe Hill, "The Black Phone" tells the story of 70s era teenagers as they're kidnapped and murdered by Ethan Hawke in-between movie filming ... *record scratch* ... kidnapped and murdered by very fictional character The Grabber.  This latest suspense thriller from the Blumhouse Productions company is directed by Scott Derrickson  who adapted the screenplay with C. Chris Hemsworth returns as Thor for the fourth installment of the Thor MCU franchise film, trying to capitalize on the comedic success of it's predecessor "Thor: Ragnarok".  Taika Waititi captains the director chair once again, and attempts to rescue the movie from Disney's obsession with ruining all films with high customer expectations, but will his approach of constantly slapping the audience across the face with campy, nonsensical comedy pay off?  Dirk and Dank tell you...
