We have been in a bible study for nine years with wonderful ladies our age. It has helped us grow into better citizens, people, mothers and wives. Our brain continues to change and connect if we allow it to and grow as women. Silence is golden and allows for reflection, processing emotions and listening to God's voice and direction.
