DANGEROUS MUSE is New York City's electronic rock project. Fronted by songwriter and vocalist, MIKE FUREY, the band's debut single, "The Rejection", caught the attention of record mogul SEYMOUR STEIN in the summer of 2006, who offered Dangerous Muse a deal with SIRE RECORDS. Upon release, their debut three-track digital EP soared to #2 on iTunes dance charts. A music video for the lead single aired on MTV/LOGO and, in its second week, captured the #1 spot on the countdown. This success rallied significant press coverage including the cover of the annual music issue of THE ADVOCATE and a feature in the NEW YORK DAILY NEWS article "Year End Ones to Watch." Over the last few years, Dangerous Muse has released a plethora of highly acclaimed singles and EPs.

I had the pleasure of chatting Mike about his new music, touring with Erasure and what it was like to DANCE WITH MADONNA!
