The saber-rattling between Russia and NATO has become hotter if not deadlier. A leading think tank has claimed that Putin is preparing for a "future large-scale war" with NATO. This warning came just days after Joe Biden said that Russia would attack NATO if it won its war with Ukraine, something which Putin has denied.
