So, what is missing? Helen Ferguson, a Specialist Trauma Therapist, discusses how trauma from past experiences could be causing you to be stuck in your life, relationships, career, or business. Learning to heal is a big step for anyone and we shouldn’t do it alone, Helen's passion is helping women work on being kind to themselves and letting go of the blame or shame game. So many of us are trying to be perfect and it causes roadblocks all over the place.  Working through discovering who they really are and what they want Helen helps to support women with their journeys to heal themselves. Many of us fear having to go back to the past to pinpoint the root cause, Helen is there with them to help them realize even if we visit the past we no longer live there. Doing this work can be difficult, but with the right support system, you can recognize and heal the wounds.
