The good, the bad and the ugly, it matters most when we show up and be true. 

Showing up for someone is sometimes as simple as a text message to connect, be someone's ears when they need it or guiding a group through adversity in challenging times. 

This episode is dedicated to all of you who have felt the pressure, duress and hardships of recent times. Take a moment to take some of these reflections onboard, some might work out for you some won’t, but the key is to just try each and every day to be a better version of you.
