Today I revisit the importance of showing up consistency so you can get fed up to create change but I also go a little in depth about my passion disappearing in one aspect of my life which has helped me understand my next steps. 

Someone came to me about a salaried position and I had spoken to my friend about the benefits and draw backs. Here I go in depth about our control over time, accountability, and so much more. 

When people ask me how im doing I always respond "I have everything I need." The reason is because I want to keep reminding myself that i  am the answer to all of my problems even if things aren't going the best and that I am so lucky to be in a place to change my circumstance. 

Too often we focus on a number. For me I finally stopped worrying about that area in my life and the number came on its own. 

Too often we dont start something because we dont have any ability in that area of our life. Ive been there and Ive just gotten past something for myself by doing this. 

In this episode I talk about a couple stories of my relationship with Megan where we gain an understanding that 50/50 all the time may be unrealistic. 

The other week I was filling out a completely new contract for a type of property and financing I never did before and I felt discouraged. I had to remind myself that I was suppose to feel this way, it was going to be easier in the future, and I could do this. 

Here im 100% transparent with the amount of value I give to the market place, how much money I made because of it, and how we get to the next level. 

I couldnt really put my finger on it but Ive been trying to figure out why these podcast bring me so much happiness when I create them, but through this episode I found my "why." A "why" is your overwhelming reason that keeps you going day after day. For me I want to help others have a life by design. Doing what they want on their own terms. In this episode I share with you again how im working on doing that for myself and how I try to reach a level of income by working with a certain amount clients/projects and getting more efficient at those rather then focusing on the amount of time I work. 

Too often people will let their bosses or clients walk over the time they were going to have with their families or hobbies. I believe if you are more transparent abut your personal life you will gain the respect and time that you desire.
