"Just get your first deal." A quote commonly stated by many investors that Jon Trapp has learned from in the past. Here he talks about what he has been learning in his first couple of deals and how he took the leap. 

One of the most prevalent things in my life that has gotten me through things is simply that. Not giving myself the opportunity to fail. This relates a lot to the concept of "Showing Up" in my opinion. When you show up to whatever situation you said you were going to put yourself in wether are not youve done it before. If you have no way of backing out once you are there. You will figure out. This has been a great reminder for me. 

About a week ago I had the opportunity to conduct post fight interviews at the MMA Promotion, Fight Card Entertainment. Here I talk about the passion one of my coaches has along with why it was more important for me to get the opportunity then the payment I received. 

I first started out in Real Estate trying to meet with clients and learning their "why" to help me get a deal done. Now, the reason for wanting to understand their "why" has changed tremendously.
