Darren explores the benefits and positive affects of conversations hosted by AMC and tells us all about the the simple yet life saving strategies they use at their weekly meetings. Along with touching upon stories of others and those the club have helped through tough times, Darren shares his own personal experiences and talks through what led him to finding Andy’s Man Club.
